Our partner is a leading provider of secure access solutions to both enterprises and service providers , offering Virtual Private Network (VPN) , Network Access Control (NAC) , and mobile security solutions to enable secured and seamless end - user connectivity.The Sales Renewals associate will facilitate and drive contract renewals , follows up of the partners exiting client base.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for driving service renewals business and meet revenue targets within an assigned geography and time - period. This will require the ability to:Meet monthly / quarterly and annual revenue targetsQuoting customers 90 days prior to contract expiration , so that all customer accounts are resolved prior to the expiration dateManage all renewal opportunities , calling / following - up with customers , and logging activity notes in the CRM system (SFDC)Manage the opportunity pipeline from week - to - week , providing accurate and timely updates to Management on progress and outlookEngaging in regular follow - ups with Customers / Partners / Distributors for on - time execution of Purchase Orders , for maintenance renewals.Explain to Customers and channel partners the product and support benefits of continuing their maintenance contractQualify Customers for potential up - sell cross - sell opportunities of support services the core - businessMaintain a strong understanding of current and new products , as well as promotionsEnsure proper customer data is collected and input into the databaseQualifications Skills Required Language proficiency (with excellent written / verbal communication skills)Minimum of 2+ years in Contract Renewal , Sales , Inside Sales , and / or Customer - facing role in the tech / telecom industryExperience in IT Products and Software Service IndustryPreferred experience with ERP / CRM systems , such as NetSuite or SalesForce (primarily with SFDC)A general understanding of contracts terms , specific to maintenance of hardware software productsExcellent organization and time management skills; able to manage highly complex and / or critical customer issuesDesired Competence with reporting and information management tools , including MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)Demonstrable experience in a role involving critical thinking: i.e. ability to analyze issues , make decisions and problem solve self - sufficiently , without requiring ongoing direction setting.
