Sr.Software Support Executive Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer Problems Installation of software (i.e. .NET frame work, crystal report. Access database engine, SQL server/ Oracle). SQL/ Oracle query knowledge (i.e. insert, update, delete and Joins etc.). Web hosting on IIS 6 and 7 etc. Ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times Providing technical support to end customers & sales teams Assist sales team in product demos & application usage Ensure all technical and non-technical documentation is up-to-date Handling a team of 3-4 engineers Communicate and share information with team members, internal staff and customers. Travel to customer sites as required.
