Job Description

  • Administration of DHCP, DNS and ADS.
  • Patch Implementation on servers through WSUS.
  • Managing Antivirus SEP server (Symantec Endpoint Protection).
  • Apply Group Policies based on the client requirements.
  • Managing and Maintaining SAN Net gear, NET APP.
  • Managing File, Ftp, SFTP and Print server.
  • Handles internalexternal and Clients Escalations.
  • Manage the incidents SLA as per the agreement.
  • Monitoring servers through Solar winds NPM software.
  • Create and manage Virtual server on Hyper-V server, VMware and Nutanix.
  • Worked on citrix environment.
  • Managing and Maintaining of web filtering.
  • Managing and Maintaining of Windows cluster for File services.
  • Perform data backup on servers using backup utility such as Barracuda,
  • Take care of Audits External & Internal and close the finding with appropriate CAPA.
  • Managing and Maintaining Office365 and Azure platform.
  • Responsible to act as the key contact person for Integreon employees regarding any computer questions or applications.
  • Responsible for providing level 2-3 Technical support
  • Maintain Service Desk SLAs and quality standards established by Global Integreon.
  • Create and update all tickets in our ticket tracking system, prioritize tickets based on priority and workload as well as manage all deadlines.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of metrics and reporting, including SRRs for all Technical Support related issues.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science/Studies from an accredited institution
  • Having prior work experience (5+ years) in overall
  • Should have prior (minimum 2 years) good experience on administering Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Should have prior (minimum 2 years) experience on Office365 and Azure platform.
  • Should have prior (minimum 1 years) experience on Hypervisor management, preferred VMware, vSphere experience in installing and managing ESXi environment. VMware certification is preferred.
  • Extensive working experience of an IIS application pools.
  • Microsoft or equivalent Certification will be an added advantage
  • Microsoft Certified in Windows Servers and Active Directory would be an added advantage
