JOB DESCRIPTION PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS INTERNAL DESIGNATION : Senior Technical Support Specialist Reports to : Technical Support Lead Department : CustomerSupport and Training Function : Customer Support and Training External Title : Senior Technical Support Specialist Location : Mumbai (Vikhroli) ROLE PURPOSE This position will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the support, specifically to better position Radius to provide more live 24 hour support for employees, customers, and implementation as well as training teams. The support and training will span a product portfolio including software, accounting services and consulting for an international software and services company. ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities 1. Product Proficiency - Become and stay proficient in the OsC product offerings which includes Expenses, Payroll, and Financial accounting applications 2. Follow- up - Follow up with customers (internal and external): answer questions, report the status of pending issues, update customer expectations, or get more information about a pending issue. 3. Logging/ Tracking Issues - Acurately document all inquiries in the support system and categorize cases appropriately 4. Escalations following procedures - Escalation of cases to team leads or subject- matter experts with proper information and documentation to explain/ reproduce the issue. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS The qualified candidate should have basic understanding of web- based software applications. They will need to be able to quickly prioritize tasks and have a positive, take charge attitude and a willingness to seek information to respond to both internal and external clients in a professional manner. The ability to prioritize your workload, multi- task, and provide outstanding customer service is a must. Must possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and work well with others. Familiarity thru day to day use of Microsoft Office is essential and familiarity with call center operations is a plus.,
