Job Description

    Sr. Test EngineerJob descriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled fintech senior quality engineer to lead the testing efforts of our software products and services. As a senior member of the quality engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet customer needs, business requirements, and regulatory standards. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify, report, and resolve software defects.Responsibilities:Lead the testing efforts for software products and services, including developing test plans, test cases, and test scriptsImplement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects, and ensure that software products meet quality standardsWork with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that software products meet customer needs and business requirementsDevelop and maintain knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and ensure that software products comply with industry standardsMentor junior quality engineering team members and contribute to the development of team best practices and processesContinuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase testing efficiency and effectivenessRequirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with a focus on fintech products and servicesStrong technical skills in testing methodologies, test automation, and software development practicesExperience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and AppiumStrong understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulatory requirementsExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and mentor team membersFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies
