Job Description

    • Job Title: Sr DxT Executive Financial Services - MumbaiPurpose of Job:Assist with Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process. Align with Digital vision and implementation roadmap of future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Be an active team member assisting with maximization of digital transformation initiatives by adoption of robotic process automation (RPA) & intelligent process automation (IPA) for integration of digital technology into all areas of a business via technology adoption, data gathering, process definition, and organizational change. Support enhancements to existing business process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to increase adoption of digital platform company-wide.Job ResponsibilityConceptualize, Design and Implement automation routines as per business requirements Design POCs on new and cutting edge products/technologies to experiment with new tools and ideas Assist with product evaluations for new business initiatives Liaison with business stakeholders and product partners for project delivery activities Help testing product functionality delivered by technology implementation partners Conduct business user trainings on core systems and support audit activities Willingness to work from any company office and travel to field as necessary for achieving business goals
    • Key Skills: Key Skills: Experience with one programming language, RPA, AI/ML technologies/frameworks Preferred Knowledge of AWS Cloud, API Management, India Stack, OCEN, Account Aggregator Framework, Digital Marketing Preferred Knowledge/Experience of tools for digital transformation - Preferred Experience working as a business analyst for BFSI Preferred Experience working on projects using Agile/Iterative delivery models Preferred Experience working with enterprise product implementations PreferredMandatory: Experience working on Digital Transformation projects Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies Experience working on any one or more Loan Origination, Loan Management, GA/GL Systems, Collection Solutions, Payment Solutions,Industry: Experience working on lending solutions and/or lending business Preferred Experience working on Banking & Payment solutions, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, Cloud Apps, Peripheral solutions Preferred
