As a Game Developer, you will be responsible to make awesome multi-platform (IOS, Android, Windows phone) games. You will be responsible for directing junior developers, in addition to architecting new games and developing best practices for the team. A passionate and dedicated person who is proactive in team discussions, scrum and game feedback cycle to help improve the game.

Excellent knowledge of Unity with at least 3+years of experience.

Knowledge of Facebook API is a plus.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, 3D Math, and data structures.

Should have knowledge of AWS services and API Gateways.

Perform memory and performance optimization of Unity2d, 3d to meet the requirements for target platforms of the game.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or relevant.

As a Associate Producer/ Game Producer, you will take care of the whole product lifecycle starting from product conceptualization, creation of product roadmap strategy, incorporate best practices in production continuous improvements. Responsible for assembling and managing a team of engineers, designers and artists; outlining, scheduling and tracking tasks; and making sure the project is headed in the right direction. Also analyze data and make recommendations on new features to help acquire, retain, and monetize users.

Responsibilities overseeing in house and remote development teams.

Excellent project management, communication and management skills with a strong desire to contribute to growing a business.

Provide feedback on the game design and feature set based on a thorough understanding of F2P games and competitor best practices.

Work closely with other Producers and stake holders for multiple titles (Premium Freemium) from ideation to live ops.

Estimate production cost and timelines for projects based on allocated resources and studio vision ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Optimize and constantly strive to improve the process for Production execution and tracking to ensure efficiency of resources in terms of man power and accuracy in estimations.

At least five (5)+ years of experience in game production including two (2) years and above of mobile game development in a senior role.

Good experience in social/viral marketing; strong understanding of game analytics.

Analyzed success metrics and user behavior during Beta and final launch to ensure continuous enhancements to the game with focus on engagement and monetization.

At least Eight (8) + years of experience in game production including four (4) years and above of mobile game development in a senior role.

As a Senior Quality Analyst, will develop test plans, test cases and test scripts for projects. You need to have in-depth Mobile QA technical expertise and will have full ownership of quality across designated game areas. You will handle high priority features and compliance testing while ensuring timely delivery against production timescales. You will also collaborate with other teams members and develop effective strategies.

Excellent Game testing knowledge of 4 plus years.

Good knowledge of games of different genres.

Good analytical and strategic skills.

Ability to identify and capture defects in products.

Should know API testing and load testing.

Knowledge and experience of issue tracking/project management tools.
