Job Description

The Mgmt Rptg Sr Mgr accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of management Reports/Deck to support the management needs, address end-to-end reporting and fact based analysis
  • Prepare regular and time-sensitive Adhoc deliverable to the regulators and senior managements, closely working with industry and regional senior portfolio managers
  • Coordinates with Risk management, Technology, to make sure the risk portfolio information contained in various reports and presentations are accurate.
  • To provide commentaries and business insights on variance under different scenarios and time periods. Preparation of monthly risk metrics and key drivers specific to different products / functions
  • To ensure good quality, accurate and timely submission of all deliverable s
  • Continually identify and be part of improvement opportunities across reporting, analytics, and tool-related activities
  • Conduct management activities for the team such as training, evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
  • Co-ordinate with the APAC Regional Risk Heads (GI&RC, FIRM and Real Estate) for any additional reporting enhancements.
  • Develop and coordinate within team to ensure on smooth operation of Monthly/Quarterly reporting.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills including influencing and negotiation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of EXCEL, Access, Visual Basic and Power Point Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated presentation and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
