Greetings.!!We , Sarthee Consultancy , are having opening in Marketing department with our client into Mineral & Mining IndustryPlease find below details :Company : Leading name into manufacturing of different types of Mineral & MinesDesignation : Sr. Manager / AGM Domestic MarketingLocation : MumbaiJob Requirements :B.Sc /M.Sc/BE Chemical qualified with min. 14 years of experience in Domestic Marketing from similar industry.Job Role :

  • To develop and look after the West , South zone for Foundry and all India Specialty products
  • To develop annual business plan and execute the same in a most cost effective manner.
  • To achieve budgeted sales and collection as per schedule agreed by ED.
  • To identify opportunities for new market penetration for higher market share.
  • To be responsible for dispatch planning according to customers commitment.
  • To co-ordinate with the factory and ensure timely deliveries to the customers/ change in schedule, if any.
  • To finalize rate contract/annual contract, transport contract, negotiations and award the same to the party selected after obtaining approval from ED
  • To be responsible for timely collection of outstanding from the customers
  • To control distribution network in relation to sales plan, inventory levels and administrative matters.
  • To collect market/competitor information and keep abreast of commercial activities
  • To analyze and communicate customer complaints and co-ordinate with the ED to resolve the same in a time bound and effective manner.
  • To assist in preparing periodic forecasts of customers requirements by product.
  • To assign sales personnel to territories and accounts in the manner that will make the best use of sales talent and provide the best service to customers.
  • To provide MIS on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis to the ED and concerned departments as per the Time lines.
  • To sell all specified products related to Bentonite through the distributor network and look for options to make the project profitable.
  • To monitor the product quality and cost that is involved during project implementation.
  • To generate customer specific quotations/costing/guarantees.
  • To co-ordinate with Shipping, Chartering and customers for domestic marketing
  • To be responsible for implementing policies, governing direct and indirect domestic sales and marketing, including pricing, promotion and advertising, packaging, transportation and credit.
  • To make periodic visits to important Domestic markets to expand the Companys base of operations.
  • To study the potential for current products in the new territories.
  • To meet customers and maintain continuous relationship.
  • To be responsible for meeting established domestic sales targets and submitting periodic reports in conjunction with same.
  • To direct sales surveys to determine market potentials.
  • To provide to the ED, both informally and in report form, statements of results achieved against departmental programs and budgets.
  • To co-ordinate planning, timing and recommend pricing to sell these products at optimum price.
  • To develop effective sales program so as to obtain orders at profitable levels.
  • To discuss and decide with the ED pricing policy for the preparation of price sheets, discount sheets and price change notices.
  • To analyze and research competitors products, pricing and recommend changes to enhance product value/quality.
  • To be responsible for recommending an efficient distribution system to achieve short-term and long-term objectives of the Company.
  • To plan, manage and be responsible for the performance of the subordinates as also their skill building, taking care of their training needs and also career development activities.
  • To participate in selection, evaluation, promotion and transfer of executive reporting directly to the incumbent.
  • To co-ordinate and review work with subordinates, to ensure timely achievement of set objectives.
  • To be responsible and manage manpower in the Bentonite Domestic Marketing Department.
  • To provide technical expertise pertaining to Bentonite Domestic Marketing processes.
  • To coach and guide subordinates when they face any issues/marketing/sales related problems.
