Job Description

Sr. Manager - Brand Planning Communications Required Experience: 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in Brand Management or Brand Planning (Mainline Agency). As Senior Manager Brand Planning Communications, you will work as the custodian for Milton, Treo, Claro SpotZero brands and will have the opportunity to work on major brand and business initiatives that contribute to Hamiltons growth objectives. This is a pure brand role and doesnt involve product management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Working on Brand Architecture for all existing and future BUs Brand Positioning Brand Planning Communications Development Mainline Communications Development Internal Implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns Digital Marketing Corporate Communications COMPETENCIES / SKILLS Personal Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stake holders including interacting with top management on a regular basis. High on energy Team player Domain knowledge Research methods and Consumer work techniques bias towards qualitative methods Brand Positioning frameworks Brand Architecture frameworks Working understanding of Jungian Archetypes, Semiotics and Hofstedes Cultural Dimensions theory Basics of Digital Marketing SEO, SEM, Advertising on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat Working understanding of Marketing Analytics including Digital Analytics like FB Analytics and GA Working understanding of earned media initiatives,
