Roles & Responsibilities:- Managing a team of staff and Manager for Co- ordinating and supervising month end close Review of monthly accounting pack / financial reports under Cognos Manage delivery of the annual financial statements under IFRS Responsible for Supply Chain Finance. Co- ordinating annual budget and quarterly forecasts for Accounting team Co- ordinating 5- year financial plans for the Company Leading the team to provide a business insight of the main cash drivers for every month end and Budget/ Forecast Review of investment impairment models Co- ordinating internal and external audit assignments Design and Maintenance of Internal controls and processes Pro- activeness and promoting internal communication across streams and head office senior management Ad- hoc project management Interview, select, hire and recruit high calibre employees Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning Provide oversight and direction to reportees and foster a spirit of teamwork and unity Lead employees to meet the Company s expectations for productivity, quality, goal accomplishment and speed of delivery 1.
