Here, they specialise in support services and management consulting across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Consulting and Advisory Services. To support their growth plans in India, they are looking to hire excellent and dynamic professionals so as to exponentially grow in the country.Required Candidate profile Reporting to the Director, you would be responsible for: 1. New operating model definition for the recently acquired business and plan its integration with the Specialty business in UK 2. Leading the team of managers and senior managers to deliver the strategic projects for the group across various business lines and geographic locations3. Operating model review of the Specialty business in Middle East, Brazil, Canada, Ireland 4. Manage stakeholder relationships, and propagate the use of the Consulting team 5. Identify opportunities for enhancements in the way we work, and build a business case for change 6. Strengthen the delivery methodology 7. Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches 8. Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non- financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management 9.
