As a member of the Global Enterprise Marketing team for India, you would be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to achieve the short and long term business objectives. This role requires the incumbent to work closely with the regional sales teams to understand the business requirements and design effective marketing programs and also work with other teams in the Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure effective execution. You would also be contributing towards building longer term strategic positioning of company Enterprise Business among the chosen target segments. ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the regional segment teams to define and develop Marketing strategies for identified customer segments for acquisition, growth and retentionWork closely with the other teams in Marketing COE to build and execute integrated marketing programs. Drive the CXO Engagement program for selected top Enterprises in India. Plan and execute an annual integrated engagement program. Work with Agencies and external partners to build and deliver effective programsDevelop value propositions for targeted verticals and segments to align company portfolio to customer requirements and contextWork closely with the sales team to ensure effective 360 degree execution of the programs and achievement of program objectivesLead and contribute to strategic Global Marketing programs and drive sharing and reuse of assets and learning across all regions and teamsSkillsMBA from a reputed institute. Preferably an Engineer8+ years of experience with at- least 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing in an IT/ Telecom organizationExcellent Communications skillsStrong creative skills with the ability to conceive and articulate fresh and innovative ideasAbility to balance strategic focus with tactical implementation/ executionDemonstrated ability to structure and manage multiple projectsAbility to work with cross- functional teams and drive teams towards a single objective,
