Managing recruitment process for various functions of Life Insurance business. Responsible for driving the entire campus program with Top Tier1/2/3 colleges across India, managing campus drives, campus relations, employer branding at campuses, strategizing the entire campus recruitment aligning with the business goals & budget, costs & projections. Partnering with Hiring Managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisition. Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates by leveraging on innovative & efficient sourcing methodologies. Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers providing consultative advice with the interview process, candidate selection, provide market competitiveness data research and negotiate offers. Design, Organize, and execute diversity hiring project across Pan India. Design & develop complex reports and dashboards. Analyze all Operational Metrics, Operational Reporting - Ongoing review of actual productivity and forecast modeling - All relevant reporting. Validate accuracy of data to identify any possible issues or concerns. Preparing presentation as per business requirements for the TA leadership team.
