    HI,We have an opening for our clientExp: 3 + yrsLocation : MumbaiJDRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead a team of product analysts to deliver actionable insights to the product teamsUnderstand business requirements and build relevant data-driven solutions to help improve customer experienceHelp product teams to design and implement experiments to test new features or updatesActively participate in product roadmap discussions, and provide data-backed recommendations to shape product developmentLead optimization and automation efforts to empower business teams to independently leverage data resourcesEligibilityEducation/work experience :3-6 years of experience in analytics, preferably in product-based firmsAnyone with relevant skills/experience is encouraged to apply, irrespective of degree/qualification** Required Competencies :** Solid team management skills and ability to coach/mentor junior colleaguesStrong analytical and problem solving skills to tackle open-ended business questionsAbility to extract meaningful insights by mining structured and unstructured dataExperience in designing and analyzing experiments that drive key decisionsAgile approach to building analytics solutions suited to a fast-paced startup environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different teamsTechnical Skills :** Advanced knowledge of SQL and PythonProficiency in building machine learning modelsExperience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, PowerBIIf you are interested Pls send ur updated CV
