Job Description

SR SALE EXECUTIVE (BPO OPERATIONS) Experience 5 years and above Relevant Online Retail Sales experience- 1 year and above. Candidates matching requirements with BPO experience will be preferred. It will be expected to coordinate teams, manage multiple clients and effectively communicate across the organization. You will also act as an expert within our marketing services practice, setting services levels, contributing to product features, etc. You would lead the online marketing promotional activities via website, case studies, webinars, blog and social media platforms. Years BPO (US BASED CLIENT) Education/ Qualification 2- 3 years experience providing support, selling software or other solutions- based technology offerings, preferably SaaS Proven success in penetrating and developing accounts in the interest of identifying key decision makers Experience selling in a remote capacity, utilizing technology to demonstrate software and further articulate the value proposition to retailers and manufacturing companies ideal. Online media, marketing , channel experience a plus (knowledge of SEM, PPC, SEO techniques) Experience with MS Excel and Power Point 1/ 3/ 2015 3:09:56 PM Relevant Skills Fluent spoken and written English to converse with clients based in United States Job Description You will work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to ensure customer acquisition and revenue targets are met and exceeded on a monthly basis. Responsibilities Prospect and build pipeline, lead regular customer calls to gather general requirements, analyze sales data and set strategies accordingly that coincide with customer goals Develop training documentation and conduct training for teams while streamlining teams reporting processes Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer- specific value propositions Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to ChannelSale management Other Requirements CTC- Between 2.5 Lakhs to 7.5 Lakhs.
