Direct ResponsibilitiesServe as Point of Contact for Global Support, get heavily involved in rapid recovery during production outages, and communicate accordingly to impacted customers.Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions to prevent reoccurrences of incidents.Participate to support documentation creation, update and sharing.Participates and ensure adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes.Participate to the continuous improvement of the platform monitoring and production processes.Expertise in Abinitio as an ETL ToolExperience working on Oracle databasePerforming data quality and profiling in Ab Initio.Experience in Ab Initio using GDE, Co>Operating System and EME.
