Job Description

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed., WORK LOCATION: MUMBAITotal Experience: 06 months to 24 months (Any Banking experience is Ok)Roles and Responsibilities: All processes will be for global capital markets.Operations related to financial securities that include:

  • Fixed Income securities
  • Equities
  • Foreign Exchange
  • Futures
  • Mortgage Back Securities
  • Asset Back Securities
  • Swaps
  • Money market instruments etc.
Investment Services Portfolio Analytics monitoring production of reports, identifying & debugging issues during production, quality checks on holdings, prices & risk analytics, fund level & portfolio level checks.Compliance - Identifying Any compliance breaches / violations (which are not ensuring client portfolios are managed as per the agreed guidelines) that are captured in the Dashboard are researched, appropriate comments are updated and escalatedDIG - Setting up new securities and updating the existing database on an ongoing basis to incorporate any change in issuer/ name/ ticker changes.Desired Profile Education:Educational Qualification:
  • Full Time B. Com / BMS / BBI / BAF / BFM/ MMS/MBA (50%+ aggregate score throughout).
  • NOT REQUIRED: Appeared / Completed CA / CPT / ICWA /CS. Do not attend the interview.
Soft / Behavioral Skills : Excellent English Communication skill, both verbal & WrittenBusiness etiquettePositive, Flexible, highly committed, self-motivated & highly energetic individualTotal Experience: 0.6 months to 24 months (Any Banking experience is Ok)Primary Skill:Good-Excellent MS office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, word skills Needs to be fast with use of PC - lot of repetitive task will be involved.Prior experience in cash and asset reconciliation of fixed income products will be an added advantage (for freshers not required)Exposure to working with MNCExposure to international capital markets, especially US/UK will be an added advantage.Excellent Analytical and Quantitative Skill.Ability to manage time and multi-task efficiently.Team players- Positive approach.Good communication skills both written and verbal.Should have an eye for details.Should not think of the process as a mechanical job, should be focused to identify redundant and repetitive tasks.Should be able to work through high volumes of numerical data.Flexible with shifts and any day working (5 days working in a week).FEMALE: No night shifts currently. But should be willing for shifts starting as early as 4 AM IST.MALE: Flexible for all shifts including night shifts.Eligibility Criteria: (BELOW 50% IN ANY ACADEMICS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAIN e.g. 10th 12th & Graduation).Minimum 50% overall in academics - 10th, 12th, Graduation & Post graduation (if any).Graduation should be regular full time.Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Face to Face Interview.Please Refer your friends our colleagues.Selection Process: 1.
