You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects. You will: Be responsible for service delivery costs, service level and coordination of resources Develop and maintain direct customer and broader service delivery relationships Assist in implementing delivery management process improvements Target opportunities for growth within the customer environment Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8 to 12 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge on High-end storages such as Dell EMC Power Max, ECS,Isilon, Unity and Compellent or any enterprise class Storages.Working knowledge Replications between DC-NDR-DR infrastructure.Working knowledge on Data Migrations in both block, file and host level.Preferable Knowledge on SAN Fabric s such as Brocade Director class, Cisco MDSPreferable knowledge on any One Operating systems windows, LinuxPreferable knowledge on any one Virtualization Platforms such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V.Added knowledge HCI will be Plus.Be an experienced Service Delivery Engineer, with a strong history of executing and completing complex projectsDesirable Requirements Bachelor s degree Strong proven ability to lead sub-teams Here s our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
