Our client deals with branded and luxury products & provides an array of beautifully designed products into accessories and a unique line of apparels.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking candidates who have experience of managing a standalone store within the luxury market, confident and well presented individuals who operate to a very high standard. Essential Duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:1) Ensuring Profitability of the store. 2) Implementation of the Sales Development & Promotional Activities as per the plans. 3) Compliance of SOP in Stores including Stock Management & Utilization. 4) Management & Maintenance of Assets in Stores. 5) Merchandising & Product Display. 6) Customer Management & Services , Post Sales Support. 7) Team Management, Discipline , Motivation , Training & Employee Satisfaction .Initiating Store Level Marketing Activities.Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma in retail / MBA.
Additional InformationIDEAL PROFILE: The ideal candidate for this opportunity is an experienced Store Manager with great knowledge and passion for high end fashion. He/she will have great sales and management skills as well as an excellent experience of running operations in the back end. Ideally the candidate will also have great networking abilities with affluent customers. Candidate profile:You will have strong business acumen, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the confidence to manage your store as if it were you own business.
  • 3 years of experience luxury retail store managing HighValue Stores.
  • Education - Graduate / Diploma in retail / MBA
