Be the single point STORES connect for all internal factory teams with respect to deadlines and real-time status updates on material2. To ensure that the physical stock matches with the system Stock in all respects including periodical stock verification and audit. The system should be LIVE at all times3. To ensure materials ordered by the purchase department and supplied by the vendors is received and is in a proper manner. To ensure receipt of materials from inhouse departments based on JobCard.To ensure correct Delivery Challans and paperwork for materials received from the vendor and send it to Purchase-Accounts department for payment4. To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors5. To stock the materials received from vendors properly so as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance, using appropriate methods of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss6. To ensure a smooth issue of materials to the Kitting department as per the Kitting request form7. To ensure accurate accounting of the materials received and issued8. To ensure Test Certificates are available for all bought out materials and raw material9. To create and upgrade process templates/way of workingdocumentation for improving productivity of your team members10. To ensUre a favorable working atmosphere for the personnel working in the store11. To ensure safety measures are taken for the safety of the stores, materials in the store and the men working in the store12. To ensure that the store is always maintained up to date in all respects in a presentable condition13. To ensure that the stock of unusable material is correctly recorded and reported14. To take action for disposal of scrap materials as per the procedure15. To make sure that all documentation is up to date16. Generate reports and submit to concerted authorities17. Set up the Stores at our new Turbhe factory. Oversee and supervise the transfer of Stores from Andheri to TurbheExperience 10+ years of experience leading the Stores dept of a manufacturing company Candidates with background in Supply Chain, Stores, Operations management, Industrial/production enpineerinp will be piven preference.
