JOB OFFER BY ARBES TOOLS - MIDC MAHAPE - STORES OFFICERExperience 10+ years deeply involved (preferably heading) theStores department of on engineering equipment manufacturing companyEducation Graduate or Diploma in Stores and Material Management OR in any discipline of Engg such as but not restricted to Mechanical, Production,IndustrialReporting to OPERATIONS MANAGERLocation Currently at Andheri, Mumbai(45-60 days) and then Turbhe,Navi MumbaiThis position involves being the SINGLE POINT connect for all STORES related matters with respect to Inventory.He/She has to have a Strong systems, documentation orientation.Stores systems should be live and online everyday.He/She needs to be highly disciplined and build that culture in the team below as well.A right place for every material and every material in its ripht place He/She should help drive the KPIs of :On Time PerformanceInventory accuracy&valueZero pending Component Test Certificates for all Bought Outs and Raw Material on a weekly basisTimely release of Material to Kitting departmentWill need to have a strong planning orientation and be comfortable using planning oriented systems to drive execution.In addition to the above, speedy issue resolution, aggressive growth and customer satisfactionRole1. Be the single point STORES connect for all internal factory teams with respect to deadlines and real-time status updates on material2. To ensure that the physical stock matches with the system Stock in all respects including periodical stock verification and audit. The system should be LIVE at all times3. To ensure materials ordered by the purchase department and supplied by the vendors is received and is in a proper manner. To ensure receipt of materials from inhouse departments based on JobCard.To ensure correct Delivery Challans and paperwork for materials received from the vendor and send it to Purchase-Accounts department for payment4. To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors5. To stock the materials received from vendors properly so as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance, using appropriate methods of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss6. To ensure a smooth issue of materials to the Kitting department as per the Kitting request form7. To ensure accurate accounting of the materials received and issued8. To ensure Test Certificates are available for all bought out materials and raw material9. To create and upgrade process templates/way of workingdocumentation for improving productivity of your team members10. To ensUre a favorable working atmosphere for the personnel working in the store11. To ensure safety measures are taken for the safety of the stores, materials in the store and the men working in the store12. To ensure that the store is always maintained up to date in all respects in a presentable condition13. To ensure that the stock of unusable material is correctly recorded and reported14. To take action for disposal of scrap materials as per the procedure15. To make sure that all documentation is up to date16. Generate reports and submit to concerted authorities17. Set up the Stores at our new Turbhe factory. Oversee and supervise the transfer of Stores from Andheri to TurbheExperience 10+ years of experience leading the Stores dept of a manufacturing company Candidates with background in Supply Chain, Stores, Operations management, Industrial/production enpineerinp will be piven preference. Completed any technical courses for Inventory control including the various methods and strategies for maintaining inventory in an efficient manner Proficient with ERP systems for inventory control including reporting, etcSkillsA Good leader with the ability to take ownership for the entire teams actions and ensure teamworkDisciplined and must build that culture in the team below as well Must be system driven with a strong focus on documentationTechnical&Domain SkillsFamiliar with Inventory and Stock Taking procedures, policies, systems and software Proficient in G-Suite and related technological products (tele-video-conferencing) Should be comfortable speaking and presenting to Department Heads,ManagementX - Factor : We ore looking for young, dynamic team members who ore looking to grow in all areas of their professional and personal lives, hove the hunger, passion and commitment to work on achieving aggressive targets.Remuneration: Rs. 6 lacs CTC (negotiable).
