Job Description

    • Job Title: Strategic Alliances Manager (C0nstructions) - Housing Finance MumbaiThe Alliances Manager- Construction Alliances is expected to have a strong understanding of the technicalities around construction, product knowledge on materials and equipment and the key players in the industry. This will be required to forge strong alliances in the construction ecosystem as well as ease the customer home construction journey. The manager will be responsible for driving awareness / marketing campaigns, conversions and profitability of the channel he/ she builds. Strong communication and analytical skills are key for this business development role.Job ResponsibilityIdentify new / maintain relationships with existing construction alliances in line with the relevance to the target segment Engage with partners to implement the alliance strategy and drive key success metrics. Work closely with the branches and distribution channels to drive campaigns and conversions. Build MIS / Dashboards that help monitor campaign success and ensure visibility provided to partners
