    • Cost Reduction
      • Anchor & lead strategic cost reduction in SG&A spend categories deploying levers not restricted to commercial alone
      • Understand as-is processes to identify process gaps; develop & execute recommendations to plug the gaps
    • Institutionalize Change
      • Develop/strengthen Governance Framework & SOPs to ensure compliance to procurement processes
      • Identify & develop KPIs (system driven) to support monitoring & control of spend & process compliance
      • Drive change management & adoption
    • Champion due diligence & strategic cost reduction in cross functional teams across high impact projects impacting P&L
    • Actively participate in developing & executing digital procurement roadmap
    Skills Required
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel to conduct spend analysis & identify cost reduction opportunities
    • Ability to work closely with business while driving cost optimization
    • Prior experience cost optimization
