  • Formulate organisation strategy by deriving insights from the research data to achieve the larger objectives and goals of the organisation
  • Conduct periodic reviews of business units to monitor progress against the defined KPIs
  • Benchmark the business strategy and outputs with competitors within the industry
  • Plan to prioritize projects, develop project deliverables, monitor project progress & budget.
