Job Description

Roles and responsibilities - Portal

Working with web analytics tool - setup, create custom variables to capture activity.
Working with tools like R, SQL, Python etc. to analyze data related to portal visits, clicks, search and login.
Obtain insights from data and suggest improvements on each webpage of all the portals (if any).
Regular monitoring, report generation and evaluation of each portal.
Understanding of tools/ techniques to track digital footprint of customers through cookies etc. App
- Working with tools like R, SQL, Python etc. to analyze data related to app visits.
- Responsible for all campaigns through app. Customer
  - Segmenting customers based on their behavior on portals/ app.
  - Using location data from apps/ portal visits to tag customers, campaign targeting, mapping locations to POS machines etc. Candidate Requirements - Experience
    - 1- 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
    - Exposure to working on SQL, SAS, R, Omniture etc. Skillset
      - Strong analytical and programming skills (SQL, R/ SAS and Excel).
      - Ability and willingness to adapt to a fast changing technological environment and learn new tools quickly.
      - Strong sense of initiative with go- getter attitude.
      - Ability to structure problems through logical thinking and interpret data meaningfully.
      - Prior experience of working on portal optimization is preferred. Educational qualifications
        Undergraduate engineering, preferably from a premier institute with good academic record,
