These responsibilities are representative and the role holder is also responsible for any other job assigned by the superior authorities from time to timeSpearhead Innovation for the function in alignment with the Technology Priorities . Also support on creating & driving Technology StrategyAct as the common point of contact among executives, employees,clients and other external partnersDevelop function level scorecards and track progressConduct extensive and periodic competetive benchmarking exercise and work on translating the findings into actions along with the direct reports. Should be able to generate insightsResponsible for ideating and executing the TLT agenda in collaboration with the tech leaders across the groupConduct feasibilities for new businesses, markets or land acquisitionsWill be the gartner interface in driving that partner relationshipCollaborate with the direct reports and HR to drive department wide initiatives like capability building, culture- building and talent managementExternal Relationship management (Partners, forums)Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentations (external appreances, boards of directors, committees, and executives)SECTION VI: KNOWLEDGEIn this section, please mention the minimum qualification, technical skills and capabilities which are essential to execute the role.
