They are going to expand the team and are looking for a Strategy Leader at senior level in their Mumbai office.Description :Reporting into the Strategy Head and managing a lean team of couple of people, you will be responsible for: - Driving long term strategic planning activity for the client focusing on growth, competitive advantage, and sustenance in the overall industry context- Managing and leading strategic projects in collaboration with cross functional teams and business units to address specific challenges faced by the business- Evaluating and directing the investment proposals prepared by businesses and leading the approval process for the same- Identifying and evaluating opportunities to enter new businesses or geographies and developing entry strategies for the same- Leading inorganic growth strategy for the businesses including M&A, joint ventures and other alliancesProfile :Ideally you are from a premier MBA institute (Full time) and have 13+ years of experience in strategy function. You should have done a stint in the strategy function of corporate for at least 5 years. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills, analytical skills, influencing skills, communication skills and presentation skills. You should be able to look forward, convert ideas into actions and shape leadership thinking on business directions.
