Aid Directors/ Business heads in business Planning/ Modeling. Person should be logical/ intelligent and should be able to interpret, present and work with various type of data and be good at excel/ PowerPoint. ( IT knowledge like sql, .net, etc. would be a good added advantage ) Identify and contribute solution / strategies to key impediments of growth in existing businesses Identify strategic insights (Competitive and international markets) for growth for the group Monitor & drive high impact projects/ initiatives which form the core of the business plan for the group. Develops and executes a corporate planning and review process to support the creation of integrated divisional business plans that support the profit and growth and strategic plans. Assists in the identification of the interdependencies of divisional and department goals to the strategic and profit and growth goals. Ensures that the corporate planning process focuses on the alignment and effective utilization of resources to assist the organization in reaching its goals. Develops and maintains standardized business planning tools and methodology to support the planning process. Build effective, insightful & scalable decision support business intelligence system. Decision making system includes Scorecard based performance assessment. Ensure timely delivery of routine MIS reports and meet new business MIS requirements. Drive congruence of data for all information systems. Drive automation of any new/ old manually prepared reports by the team. Strong understanding of BI technologies is desired so as to drive innovations for information systems within the group Use of IT application to increase sales force tracking and efficiency.,
