Job Description

  • Regular pricing indications : Pricing of structured notes, swaps , FX and rates options
  • Asset side : Pricing of exotic structures like Range Accruals, Autocallables, Dual Range Accruals, along with simple structures like zero coupon and fixed coupon callable bonds
  • Liability side : Hedging structures for corporate clients including interest rate swaps, FX hedges, cross currency swaps, FX options and FX option-based strategies
  • Create client pitches as marketing material for the above structures
  • New trade ideas / product development for general marketing push across all regions
  • Detailed trade analyses on a bespoke basis for various clients
  • Liaise with Trading/Sales/Middle Office/Documentation team to ensure proper execution of the pre-deal and post-deal functions besides actual deal execution
  • Finance knowledge : Candidates with some familiarity of derivative structures like options, futures, and option based strategies will be preferred. Rates and FX experience not a must but will be preferred.
  • Experience with markets : Prior experience in a structuring / trading role is preferable but not a must
  • Blend of technical know-how and firm grasp of basic economic principles
  • Excellent MS Excel ability, analytical skills
  • Solution-based approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work well in a team & should be detail oriented
  • Willingness to think out of the box for identifying opportunities
  • Proactive product push based on market appetite and timing
