Job Description

  • Working as part of the Capgemini leadership team within our business, ensuring the coherence of all our offerings.
  • As a key member in the CPRD sector, you will be responsible for strengthening the capabilities from bringing in new business and building solutions/offerings to hiring and grooming new talent. You will play a leadership role in our wider businesses, helping set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.
  • Capitalising on relationships already developed with leading CPRD organizations. Identifying and building a strong network of contacts at the Client responsible for consulting/advisory programmes, and extending our relationships ensuring they become key clients of Capgemini.
  • You are likely to be a strong supply chain expert within a recognised consultancy or from the industry, with experience of leading relationships with large clients and managing significant programmes. Additionally, you should be also be capable of foreseeing industry trends, sensing advisory opportunities and developing new offerings
  • Building supply chain specific capabilities and solutions/offerings for CPRD clients
Primary Skills
  • Expert level understandings in forecasting, demand/supply planning, distribution planning, inventory management, logistics & transportation etc.
  • Proven record of working on supply chain complexity reduction and solutioning with clients across the CPRD domain
  • Working knowledge of supply chain tools like Llamasoft, SAP SCM, BlueYonder, Oracle SCM, Epicor etc.
Secondary Skills
  • Good analytical skillsets. Should be able to facilitate data driven consulting from a supply chain standpoint.
  • Working knowledge of MS Power point, excel is a must
  • Project management skills.
