Position Overview: The PCC Factor Planner is responsible to schedule and coordinate order execution in the plant at Hyderabad to insure all orders are produced on-time and in-full. Location: Mumbai(candidate should be willing to travel to plant location frequently)Responsibilities:Factory PlanningGenerating and communicating the weekly Packaging and dispatch schedulesClosely coordinate with Manufacturing Sites to insure availability of necessary materials to execute the orders on timeDaily coordinate on the production and packing planSchedule production and packing plan based on inventory sku plan, OEF, SO and forecastsInsure all ROW orders are produced on-time and in-fullResolves problems in executing the daily and weekly packaging planRepresents SCM for artwork changes and coordinates with PPRD, Artwork team and keep procurement in loop.Closely monitors artwork changes with Plant QA and Production team for effective date of BPR.Coordination with Plant, Logistics and stores for Dispatch of materials and preparation of sales orders and preparation of documents for smooth execution of shipments and making SAP related entriesResponsible for Production Planning, MRP execution and Inventory management for all raw materials, packaging materials, WIP and finished products distributed Ensures the uninterrupted production of all products through accurate planning of all raw materials and packaging materials.o Efficiently manage SKU and artwork changes o Provide Updates for the Order Booko Work with Regulatory team to manage artwork changes provide samples registrations, support country product launchesoWork with the Sales Order Coordinator, Finance, Sales and Logistics to insure orders go out per plant.o Generate and communicate the weekly shipping scheduleso Production Planning and Scheduling:o Generate, manage and communicate the Packaging and dispatch schedulesoUtilizing SAP, monitor and execute the MRP to insure all raw materials and packaging materials are in-stock and ready-for-use as need.o Work with the Sales Order Coordinator to resolve any order execution issueso Issues PRs, execute the MRP and work closely with Procurement to insure adequate inventory of all RM/PMo Monitor & reduce OTD time for delivery of products to customers.Inventory Management:o Provide long term visibility for high lead time/ critical raw materialso Prepare monthly RM/PM,FG inventory reports Othero Serves as back-up to the PPIC Manager in their absenceo Participates in the SOP meetingBenefits .Client Introduction A leading pharmaceutical company.skillssupply planner, supply planningqualificationRequirements:Bachelors of Science (B Pharm preferred)Minimum five years+ experience in Planning and Inventory Management, preferable from the pharma industry in global markets.Hands on SAP experience in SD, MM and PP module.Accuracy, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentStrong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft skills.Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities,
