  • Work with the team to provide BAU support for all WM & PvB Applications for India
  • Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.
  • Effectively communicates relevant Application Production Support /Project information to superiors.

  • Support in Interfacing country business and provide technical consultation for all projects, solution and service management related aspect
  • Participate in clients visit / call to understand technical their ask and work on solution accordingly with group / vendor Drive solution by interfacing with various teams from ideation till commencement of Projects
Cost
  • Review estimation from vendors and central team for country specific projects.
Processes
  • Run service review meeting with all segments including ops and track actionable. vendor service review and Regulatory relationship management.
  • Monitoring System stability, seeking business volume projections, governing and monitoring SLA for all app and incidents Stakeholder comm and update on incident.
People and Talent
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their development partners and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Risk Management
  • Participate and action on all the Tech related risk, by working with Group Tech to drive necessary tech changes to mitigate the risk.
  • Assess Project Risks for Technology and Delivery and work towards mitigating the same
Governance
  • Supports in governance of all project landing in the country and PM for few country driven projects.
  • Monitoring System stability, seeking business volume projections, governing and monitoring SLA for all app and incidents.
  • Understands the implications of different technical choices and guide users to the best solution for their situation.
  • Maintains relationships with global Technology interfaces ensuring compliance to Group Standards of all project deliveries and exceptions signed off
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Key StakeholdersCountry Management Team, Business Heads for WM and PvB, SCSIOther Responsibilities
  • Responsible for delivery of timely, cost-effective and within Budget, Technology Projects and solutions for the WM and PvB business
  • Work with multiple IS Project Managers to deliver Products in line with project schedule ensuring adequate quality of delivery
  • Engage various stake holders GBS Development teams and Project Managers, TSS, Country technology teams, for driving common Strategic Project Agenda
  • Collaborate and provide guidance in all Technology project planned for the country
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • To be responsible for an end-to-end solution and implementation of various Technology projects as required by the WM and PvB business
