Responsibilities:

95 % of Time

Ensure that support calls are addressed and closed in a timely manner, as per the agreed timelines defined in the SLA

Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties in a timely manner.

Work closely with business to understand requirements and find solutions to business issues.

Drive integration of problem resolution with MGO resources.

Drive a culture of accountability and performance.

Lead efforts to document support plans for each technology and business area.

Work to support Infrastructure team on their projects, e.g. implementing, and maintaining IS infrastructure systems (computers, VDI, telecommunications, etc.) to ensure transparent and reliable service

Understand the GBS/IDC/India Business technology portfolio, including WHQ driven systems

Recommend/Implement IS technologies in line with policies, standards, and guidelines balanced with India needs

Align and lead IS objectives and resources to support priorities such as Continuous Improvement, and other initiatives as well as WHQ essential projects

Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and guidelines

Plan, manage, and optimize projects where necessary.

5 % of Time

Support audits

Represent IS on project teams to ensure appropriate use of technology and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:
