Job Description

    We are looking System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage client IT infrastructure, hardware and networks, servers, backup, antivirus, IT infrastructure devices monitoring. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. System Administrator should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.A- Team Management job responsibility.1- Analyze daily IT call from Service desk portal.2- Handling Team of 2/3 Engineers.3- Daily discuss pending call related challenges to Team and report to IT Manager.4- Daily discuss Desktop Support Engineer and Help him to resolve all call on time.5- Prepare IT infrastructure report monthly basis and report to IT Manager.6- Manage daily IT operation and report to IT Manager.B- Technical Support knowledge and Job responsibility.1- Daily Backup Job MonitoringLike- Incremental, full, deferential backup on LTO library via Veritas backup software.2- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.3- User ID Creation and Mailbox configuration along with quota setting etc.4- Troubleshooting of daily IT server and network related calls as per end users requirement.5- Configure Group policy for domain system as per business requirement.6- Windows server 2008,12,16,19 Operating system installation and configuration knowledge.7- Knowledge of VMware, Hyper V and Nutanix Virtualization concept and virtual server management.8- Knowledge of Windows client and server patch management via WSUS.9- Hands on experience in Microsoft SQL Data Base and Management like Installation configuration and backup.10- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint, installation and site configuration and management.11- Antivirus Server Management and daily monitoring and scanning- Like- MacAfee, Symantec etc.12- Monitoring all Servers and Network Devices across site.13- Server Hardware Troubleshooting & assessment.14- SSL VPN Client installation and Configuration.15- Site2Site VPN tunnel Configuration and monitoring.16- Domain configuration and Management Knowledge.17- Basic PowerShell scripting Knowledge.18- RAID- 0,1,5,10 Configuration knowledge.19- SAN and NAS Storage Device Configuration Management like - EMC, QNAP, Synology etc.20- Backup Restoration and Verification knowledge via Veritas tool.21- Experience in exchange server 2010 backup and Data base creation mail box configuration and management
