SYSTEM ANALYST (ERP) SYSTEM ANALYST (ERP) Profile: System Analyst Experience: 3 - 5 years Location: Mumbai (Andheri West) Notice Period: Immediate - 30 DaysResponsible for solving information technology-related problems and solve business problems using business knowledge, consulting skills, and packaged solution expertise. Research vendor products to stay current on new and existing functionality Gather and translate functional requirements into technical design documents for ERP. Document current business processes and develop recommended re-engineered business processes Design solutions to business problems that leverage ERP delivered functionality first before considering custom changes and enhancements, considering future product capabilities in those designs Work with developers to understand and produce deliverable that match the functional requirements as per the standards in market. Identify and support integration between both internal and external systems Develop and execute test scripts as necessary Train users on new development(s) within the application; may develop related training materials Troubleshoot production support issues and conduct root cause analysis, which may include activities such as writing audit queries through Query Manager or SQL, and evaluating SQRs or PeopleCode May be involved in delivering reporting solutions utilizing such tools as Query Manager, Crystal Reports, or nVision Improve business processes and recommend best practices within the Enterprise Application Analysis Team and Technology Services Adhere to standards for functional and technical documentation and implementation methodology May lead and manage projects for assigned initiatives May be tasked with mentoring other systems analysts Preferred Experience: Experience with CRM/ SCM/ HRM/ FINANCE solutions Lead responsibilities for ERP systems Upgrades / Implementations on ERP system,
