System Engineer (5 Days Week, Timing 2nd Shift) Job Description We have a job opening for the post of System Engineer at MIDC, Andheri. It is a UK based organisation and working hours is 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm and working 5 days week. Please find below the job description for your kind perusal. Duties and responsibilities Performing installation, maintenance and support of system software/ hardware and user support Configuring, debugging and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms. Working on the network and system security. Working with LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support i.e Cisco routers. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Job Specification Atleast 4 years experience as a System Engineer. Good communication skills. Experience working with AD, DNS, DHCP and Hosting setup. Basic knowledge about trouble shooting with regards to Windows XP. Graduation + MCSA or MCSE. Should have knowledge about network hardware such as wireless routers and network printers.,
