Work with application teams, governance teams, and other infrastructure developers to gather requirements and design an end to end solutions. Understand a complex manual process and provide a simple and friendly user experience through an automated process. Plan, design, and implement virtual private cloud environments, including server, storage, subnets, etc. Configure system health and performance monitoring for new and existing systems in 24x7 environments. Deploy new or scale existing systems and software using automated build and deployment tools. Build and maintain Terraform templates and scripts to automate and deploy AWS resources and configuration changes. Write and review accurate and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries. Provide 24x7 on- call support during assigned periods. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. A solid grasp of networking fundamentals, experience with TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP and Routing. Experience with some aspect(s) of computer security: network security, application security, security protocols, cryptography, etc. Experience with IAM, Active Directory and ADFS. Experience setting up, maintaining and coordinating the automated patch and configuration management of production servers. Ability to prioritize and perform in complex, fast- paced situations. Excellent troubleshooting skills. 2+ year experience running and maintaining a 24x7 production environment or performing operating systems and network administration. Software development experience is a plus. AWS Certified Associate strongly preferred. Qualifications Skills Bachelors Degree or better in Computer Science or related field.,
