• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer science, Information Technology, or relevant master s degree
• Total IT experience of 15+ years in Data Engineering - Designing Enterprise Data, Enterprise Data Management end to end, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Transformation, and Reporting
• Technical Management experience of at least 5+ years in managing Enterprise Data and Data Staff
• Experience working in Cloud, On-prem and Hybrid architectures
• Possess Strong Technical management experience
• Possess Strong knowledge in Healthcare Payer domain
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure

• Datastage, Netezza, Business Objects, Power BI
• Azure Data Architecture - Relational, Non-relational, Big Data
• Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory
• Azure SQL, SQL Server in VM, Azure MySQL
• Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Store, Azure File Storage
• Azure Event Hub, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Data Explorer

Responsibilities:

• Participate, Contribute, and advocate Data strategy for customer
• Participates in the reviews of the project solution design, architecture design meetings and provides an efficient estimation
• Provides Project Manager with the timelines to complete deliverables considering all dependencies, technical risks
• Ensure delivery is on schedule and on budget consistently
• Ensures delivery solution meets business and technical requirements
• Supports PM s in release management process
• Participate in client /governance meetings to represent the service delivery Integration team
• Ensure Coding Standards, Design Standards, Best practices are followed and enhanced continuously
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
• Performs design, code reviews and mentors the team
• Consistently delivering high quality code to the production
• Continuously builds the relevant competencies of the team to next level
• Responsible for hiring and plan ramp-up/ramp-down of the team pro-actively based on the forecast
• Assign resource assignments and workload assignments across various projects
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely manner
• Handle escalations, and de-escalate the situation in a timely manner
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings with development team.
• Keeps development team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
• Periodic Performance management of the team reports to him/her
• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

• Technical Management experience of at least 5+ years in managing the Azure cloud projects/programs
• Possess Strong Technical management ability specializing in Integration Technologies
• Possess Strong knowledge in Healthcare Payer domain
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Technical Skills

• Azure with .net or Azure with C# or Azure with node.js (Primary skill )
• Azure, Azure Functions, API Apps, Web Apps, API, AKS, Azure DevOps (Primary skill )
• Integration technology skills such as Oracle SOA or equivalent (secondary Skill)
