    • Provide innovative sourcing approaches to hiring challenges and execute on ideas for improvements. Implement and manage varied methods of sourcing candidates ensuring source mix optimization
    • Hiring for Engineers with top, niche, and potential talent.
    • Conducting Inclusion and Diversity campaigns like. SHE matters by providing equal opportunities to womens and specially abled folks.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of value proposition and ensure the same is used widely in identifying the right candidate
    • Counselor for Job seekers. Conceptualize and built the Candidate Engagement model and my target is to create a positive candidate experience & Company brand experience to potential employees by engaging with them closely and providing dedicated attention.
    • Working as a Consultant and subject matter expert for all recruitment activities and other lateral recruitment initiatives.
    • Engaging with business partners to identify staffing needs, design and implement attraction strategies, ensuring clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, offer consultation and completion, and facilitation of background checks, relocation/immigration, and hiring processes.
    • Handling end to end Campus recruitment for entry level FTE.
    • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes as decided time to time by the Global Talent Acquisition team.
