Job Description

    Dear candidatesGreetings!Requirements:Location:Mira Road, MumbaiSalary: Hike on Current Salary or upto 6lpaYour responsibilities will be to:
    • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
    • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
    • Organizing interviews and selection events
    • Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
    • Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
    • Provide strategy inputs to grow services of the company
    • Guiding the user through the operational, educational and governance aspects of a successful Sea and Beyond journey.
    • Maintain effective relationships with users and various internal key stakeholders and recommend resolutions as well as help build new revenue streams.
    • Take ownership of user feedback and challenges and help solve their challenges through innovation, new solutions and mechanisms matching users business model so they achieve full potential of Sea and Beyond platform
    Who are we looking for
    • If you are passionate about Recruitment & Human Resource Management, eager to seek challenging and innovative opportunities, and motivated to deliver the best solution and services to our users, then our team is the perfect fit for you.
    • Graduates with fluent English both verbal and written is must
    • Candidates with minimum 6months or 1 year of experience in recruitment
    • Persons from Shipping & logistics industry preferred
    • May also look profiles from BPO / IT sector
