Job Description

    Job PurposeIncumbent in this job role will be responsible for:1) designing an adaptive workforce/resourcing strategy aligned with business goals that draws upon talent from multiple categories and sources (joint certificate programs, part-time/gig workers, etc.)2) mobilizing and engaging internal and external talent on need basis, resulting in a lean, streamlined talent acquisition system 3) minimizing talent leakage and eliminating inefficient processesFunctional Responsibilities1) Designing and implementing a comprehensive Build strategy for CSB Bank: Incumbent will be responsible for facilitating sustainable and scalable tie-ups with, but not limited to, education institutes to implement mid and long term joint certification programs for varied profiles training partners and job ready consultants to create short to long term hire & train programs for varied profiles campuses, education institutes as well as recruitment consultants to facilitate campus hiring for niche / specialized roles2) Tapping into alternate talent sources: Incumbent will be responsible for evaluating and driving recruitment from alternate talent pools (examples: women returning to work, gig/part time employees, short term contracts (Borrow model), CSB alumni, etc.)3) Optimizing employee referrals and internal jobs: Incumbent will be responsible for centrally driving employee referral channel and internal job applications via targeted campaigns, gamification, etc.4) Social media campaigns: Incumbent will be responsible for driving social media recruitment campaigns across channels (facebook, whatsapp, etc.)5) Optimizing talent supply channel performance: Incumbent will be responsible for tracking and measuring the efficiency of the various talent supply channels that they manage and optimize processes basis findings.
