Job Description

  • Recruitment needs of our business group
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Meet the business leaders to understand their recruitment needs
  • Manage End to end recruiting of Tech / Non-Tech professionals
  • Experience in Head Hunting and recruiting candidates for various Domains
  • Sourcing Candidates using different Job Portals, Referencing and Head Hunting
  • Should be able to source and hire Right Talent at the Right Time
  • Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the companys ability to attract competitive candidates
  • Provide reports to functional business leaders and executive management quarterly or as requested regarding Talent Acquisition activity
  • Manage People Initiative program
  • Inducting and acquainting the new employee about the company, its policies and ensuring that employees settle into their new roles
  • Handling all confirmation, transfer and resignation cases Conducting Confirmation and Exit interviews, Employee Full and Final Settlements, notifying the employee with regards to the relieving procedures
  • Assisting in framing, analysing and revising the existing HR policies, SOPs and communicating the same to all employees
  • Submission of the monthly HR reports to the management team
  • Drafting of various circulars and communications to be sent out to all employees
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of employee queries/grievances Work towards maintaining a harmonious relationship with the employees across all hierarchical levels in the organization and further facilitate in building cordial relations between the employees and the top management
  • Initiating, planning and organizing the celebration of various festivals and occasions in office in co-ordination with the Admin team
  • Assisting is preparing internal communications to be sent out to all employees with regards to employee engagement activities
