Job Description

    Job briefWe are looking for an HR Executive to manage our companys operations and recruiting HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes as well as Operational activities of HR . To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR activitiesUltimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Recruiting and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to enhance employee integration and engagement.2. Employee Relations: Act as a central point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict mediation. Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.3. Performance Management: Administer performance management programs, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals. Collaborate with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement development plans. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.4. Learning and Development: Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments and employee feedback.Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Collaborate with department heads to create career development paths.5. Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market. Conduct regular market surveys to benchmark and adjust compensation structures. Provide guidance to employees on benefits packages and address inquiries.6. HR Compliance and Policy Development: Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.7. HR Analytics and Reporting:Utilize HR analytics tools and platforms to generate reports on key HR metrics. Provide insights into workforce trends, turnover rates, and other relevant data.
