Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities :1. Ensure customer orders are dispatched on time2. Achieve a customer order fill rate of 98%+3. DCR closing and banking4. Handling on floor team (picker, packers, etc.)5. Making their roaster and tracking their attendance and absenteeism6. Ensure picking and packing process is completed as per timelines7. Make sure good quality products are deliver to the customer alwaysKnowledge and Skills:
    • MS Excel
    • Store Operations
    • Banking & DCR closing experience
    • Multitasker
    • Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirement
    • Fluency in Hindi and Marathi
