Reporting to Global Head of Tax, the successful candidate s responsibilities will include all of the following: Assisting the team in managing global FATCA/CRS reporting process for the group, establish relevant internal control process, which includes:o Reviewing day to day FATCA/CRS compliant status based on existing control template.o Discuss with externa advisors on technical updates based on latest FATCA and worldwide CRS ruleso Communicate with client service team and provide FATCA/CRS on-boarding reviewo Communicate with fund administrators in relation to data reportingo Coordinate the annual reporting in 10-15 jurisdictions With the help of external advisors, assisting funds tax treaty applications, including applications for Certificate of Residence for funds domiciled in US and Europe. Ensuring that tax reporting obligations of all subfunds and operating entities in India are appropriately complied with, and managing simple enquiries/tax audits raised by local tax authorities from time to time Participating in the group s transfer pricing execution process and the related policy review to ensure an appropriate arm s length business environment Participating in global and finance projects from time to time,
