Job Description

Crimson Interactive (Zebra Eye) is looking for a smart and passionate teachers. They should inspire and encourage free thinking and help kids gains self confidence in their ideas and abilities. The teacher will be responsible for presenting and explaining learning materials and educating students on different dimensions of entrepreneurship. The teacher will communicate the lessons by using virtual lectures, printed, visual, audio and/or video materials.Key Responsibilities:

  • Imparting online live interactive, exciting and engaging sessions to kids.
  • Understand the learning deficiencies while interacting with the kids and put them to use while imparting sessions.
  • Make learning fun!
  • Guiding students and clarifying their doubts.
  • Cultivate a hunger for knowledge among students and engage them to learn.
  • Encourage curiosity amongst learners.
  • Help set goals for learners and help them attain these goals.
  • Keep an organized and orderly classroom that promotes creativity and continuous learning.
Skills Required:
  • Passion to teach kids online (aged 7-15 Years).
  • Good understanding on how kids like to learn and impart sessions accordingly.
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills is must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical and observational skills.
  • High speed internet, Laptop/PC with microphone and camera is a requisite.
  • Minimum graduate degree is mandatory (BMS/MBA/BEd are highly preferred).
