Qualification: Graduate/ Post graduate with relevant experience Experience: Minimum 8-10 years industry experience with strong knowledge of functional domain Job Responsibilities: Responsible for collections operations through channel partners within region Position involves following areas of responsibility- To handle a complete bucket of channel customers To do account reconciliation and ensure proper Invoice goes to the Customer by the team To Boost Collections from the Channel Customers To ensure team cross the targets month-after-month monitoring of DSO To monitor and control flow of o/ s to higher buckets To manage channel partner collection process & performance To ensure issues are identified and expedite resolution To impart necessary Training to partners Team building and development To ensure minimal Provisions for Bad Debts and recovery from W/ off Customers Technical skills: High energy & potential for partner drive & management Result Oriented, Self Driven, Analytical, Strong Interpersonal, Presentation, Communication skills ,
