Job Descriptionposition : team lead collections [ candidates only from u.s collection process]location: mumbai [can work remotely till march]->Managing daily collection . Conducting call calibration on weekly basis. Monthly roster planning to maintain required staffing to meet the daily goals. People Management and skill enhancement through training (classroom training and live buddy upsessions) Sending conversion reports: Contact V/S productivity. Preparing required POA to meet daily deficit. Dialer Management (predictive and manual) Making weekly dialing strategy reports based on the comparison report to the competitor. Driving work force to achieve required numbers on the required batches to ensure number one bonusranking.Daily call monitoring and providing one to one feedback to ensure compliance adherence and discussAOI. Follow up on the feedback provided to the team members. Motivating team members by understanding their individuals skill set and working accordingly. Planning strategies to increase agents productivity. Thorough understandings of US laws like FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA, and FTC and to ensure collectorsare 100% compliant. Responsible for portfolio and team attrition and to maintain the attrition shrinkage each month.
