-To implement the strategies made for subscription department.-Handling team of tele-sales and being accountable for achievement of team as well as individual targets.-Motivating, supervising & guiding the team members to achieve assigned sales targets-To arrange & distribute data to tele-sales.-To plan targets & innovate new ideas to achieve the targets.-To take initiative to solve problems found by tele-sales & customers.-Plan to attend various events and/or exhibitions for boosting subscription sales & organize brochures, etc. for the same.-To prepare offer forms as per strategies made.An ideal candidate must have:-Good English written & verbal communication skills with good telephone etiquette.-Experience in telesales with team handling role-Experienced in B2B sales (preferably from media industry who have been selling subscription of magazines)-Selling digital subscription will be an added advantage.
