Job Description for Team LeaderSr. NoJob Description1Gather knowledge of all processes of clients of different brands2Perform a periodic Quality check of clients financial reports as per the Indevia standard review checklist3Track e-mail communication: Internal and external and make sure to reply it within 12 business hours for the entire team4Resolve all queries raised by the client as well as team members5A delegation of daily work and follow up with team members to deliver task as per activity schedule and maintain TAT6Maintain and update team members training log, CAPA log with proper RCA, Leave Tracker on a monthly basis7Preparing MIS reports for Management (Scrum Presentation, Board Meeting Presentation, RCA of STD time vs. Actual time, SPOT Awards, Revision of KRA, R&R, Shift Roaster, Billing Verification, Maintain folder structure (AWS & Sharefile), Update ZOHO and any other special reports)8Mentor and develop the technical and professional skills of team members9Make sure manpower and resources are utilized properly and effectively10Closely monitor productivity per accountant and take necessary steps to improve the process11Interact with the client on day to day basis12Good Inter departmental communication13Become a Quick Book Pro-advisor14PMS and Appraisals, Promotions and disciplinary actions within the team15Weekly team meetings and Monthly one-on-one meetings with each team members16Prepare career path for each team members17Attending Management committee meetings18Training, Induction and performance review of new joinee19Involve in regular accounting work and stay up to date with the latest accounting and software updates20Active participation in new projects and process improvement21Timely escalation of issues/concerns to your seniorsDuties and responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the clients business model and information needs.
  • Develop effective ways of communicating financial results to clients.
  • Undertake the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Operations Plan to meet the strategic goals and interests of the Organization.
  • Work with the Management committee team to improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support management reporting, information flow and management, business processes and organizational planning.
  • Lead the operations team and oversee its functions, resources, and outputs including business and financial management, human resource management, facilities, information, etc.
  • Mentor and support the learning and development of team members.
  • Ability to find new ways of improving the processes.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
Selection Criteria:
  • Current experience and demonstrated success in operational management with relevant qualifications, Knowledge/experience with Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement a plus
  • Strong leadership capability, evidenced in well-developed problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • Demonstrate effective organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks software desired but not mandatory.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
